A lovely morning spent on Saturday at The Centre of Complementary Medicine in Petersfield for its official opening. I did a talk and demo on Scarwork Therapy and a short movement class and also talked all things breast cancer recovery and oncology massage. Plus, my artwork is also on sale there if anything takes your fancy?
It was lovely to meet some of the other practitioners and some of the local community as well as bump into one of my teachers!
I am looking to start a Pilates Movement Fusion class there soon as well as offering some hands-on therapy.
