Once again time has been flying by and I am only just catching up with my blog post – apologies!!
Classes remain to be busy both online and at the lovely venue that is Green Door Centre in Bosham, where we have enjoyed a few classes outside when the weather has allowed and I also now have a class established at The Centre of Complementary Medicine in Petersfield where I also offer hands-on therapies.
My Animal Flow class clients are also making great progress and there is definitely more of a ‘flow’ to their moves now, so I look forward to developing this further with them.
July will continue be busy as I have a week long course coming up at the end of the month…more details on that in due course!
