Its 10 years today since I first qualified as a Pilates Teacher and I am not entirely sure where those years have gone, but they have certainly been busy!
Started my training while on maternity leave, so been bringing up a child alongside building my business!
I met Joanna Janicka of Pilates Movement Matters on my first training course and we have done many more courses together over the years, so glad to have had someone to share the challenges with and who has also become such a great friend along the way.
Many other friendships formed, learnt from some of the best teachers on the planet, travelled to different places and done things I never even dreamt of at the start, including a full body dissection course and acquiring a taste for Gin!
I am also lucky enough to have the most wonderful clients that I teach every week, some of which have been with me since the start, so I thank them all for going on this journey with me.
Looking forward to continuing my never ending learning journey from here, hopefully many more year teaching and obviously celebrating later with a G&T.
