Well, this was an opportunity that I just could not miss, a UK workshop run the The Fascia Hub about Fascinating Fascia – Clinical Strategies for Scars, Adhesions & Tissue Stiffness presented by Dr Robert Shcleip – the man that knows all about Fascia. We spent two days diving deep into the subject with some new techniques learnt as well. A wealth of information gained that I can bring into both my movement sessions and hands-on treatment, so much to recap on now I am back at home and to implement once I have digested it all. I love this learning journey and where it is taking me and the workshop also gave me a great opportunity to work with other like-minded therapists and my friend and fellow FAMO teacher Kath Pent. We were both very pleased to get a photo with the man himself!!
