If you are seeing a health practitioner about any problems, it is advisable to get advice from them first before you undertake any form of exercise.
Group classes are paid for in advance and no refunds are given for classes missed, however it is possible to catch up in another class in that block (subject to availability)
Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of private movement and hands-on treatment sessions, otherwise the session will still be chargeable.
