Its been a busy few months over the last few months with my usual working schedule mixed in with some well earned time off including an amazing trip to New York where amongst the usual tourist sites ticked off the list, I also visited the original building that Joseph Pilates taught from, its still being used as a Pilates studio today, but unfortunately it wasn’t open for me to go in and say hello.
Moving into the Autumn now, I am looking forward to getting back to work next week and at the same time am working towards a new qualification as a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, along with a short course on Polyvagal Theory and how we can enhance our emotional and physical health through natural Vagus Nerve stimulation. I also have a weekend workshop with Dr Robert Schleip coming up and my Autumn Retreat Day. September is going to be busy! Looking forward to getting into it all developing my offering to my clients in due course.
Autumn is also the time to be thinking of getting cosy with some Aromatherapy massage to keep the cold weather aches and pains away, so do get in touch if you want to book in for some hands-on therapy sessions.
